Guarantee terms
To request a refund, email us within 14 days of receiving your first preview, after the included concept remake and revision rounds have been used. Videos are shared as watermarked previews. If you are not happy after the remake and your revision rounds, we refund the package price in full and no final files or commercial use licence are released. Once you approve the videos and we release the final files, this guarantee ends. The guarantee covers the package price; paid extras are not refunded once delivered. It does not apply if the brief or supplied assets change after approval. For Monthly Content, the guarantee covers the first monthly batch; if it is refunded, the subscription ends. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days of confirmation. These conditions apply to this guarantee only. It is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, which cannot be excluded.
